From prototype to payroll
Most prototypes die the week the sprint ends. This programme exists to carry the best of them across that gap — into registered, fundable companies and real jobs.
The pipeline
Training on Koinos feeds build sprints; sprints feed the venture studio; the studio ends in a registered company or a job.
Mixed teams of trained graduates spend weeks on urgent problems — giving and payment rails, health logistics, civic systems. The sprint tests the product and the team at the same time.
The strongest teams get workspace, technical and product mentorship, and build stipends so they can reach a usable first version instead of returning to survival work.
Company registration, founder and share agreements, tax registration and clearance, trademark and intellectual property filings — done alongside founders, not explained at them.
Investor demo days for teams raising capital, and introductions into hiring partners for founders and engineers who would rather take a good job than run a company.
Civic technology
Results people can check
Our community engagement work trains non-partisan citizen observers who record results at their own polling unit — photographing the signed result sheet and keying in the figures with the time and place attached.
- Works offline: observers capture and queue results where there is no network, and they upload when a signal returns.
- Automatic checks: party votes plus rejected ballots must match the total, and votes cast can never exceed accredited voters.
- Nothing is overwritten: a later replacement sheet is stored beside the original, so every figure traces back to a source document.
- Human review before publication, then a public view where anyone can follow a number back to the sheet it came from.
This is being developed as a standalone civic platform, in collaboration with Mundx Analytics, so the Foundation's charitable work and election observation stay clearly separate.
