BCO Foundation is a non-profit foundation working in humanitarian aid, education and training, work and opportunities, and community engagement. These terms govern your use of the BCO Foundation website, including the giving pages and programme information published here.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Gifts made through this website support the Foundation's programmes. Each campaign page shows its goal, what has been raised, and how funds are used.

Bank transfer gifts: when you record a pledge you receive a unique reference. Please quote this reference on your transfer so we can match, receipt and report your gift accurately. A pledge is not a completed donation until the funds are received.

Online gifts: where online payment is available, your payment is processed by our payment partner and confirmed on the callback page and by email receipt.

Every completed gift is receipted and traceable to the work it paid for. If you need a copy of your receipt, contact hello@bcofoundation.life with your reference.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it fairly.

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data extraction, no uploading of malicious content, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes.

Content on this site — text, photographs and branding — belongs to BCO Foundation or its partners and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

We work to keep campaign goals, raised amounts and impact reports accurate and current. Figures shown for gifts in progress may update as transfers are confirmed.

Programme descriptions reflect our current plans and may evolve as partnerships and funding develop.

Some features rely on third-party services, such as payment processing and email delivery. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating with those providers, but we will always help you resolve a giving or receipt issue — contact hello@bcofoundation.life.

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BCO Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
