When you create an account on our platforms: your email address and profile details you choose to provide.

We also collect standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and improve it.

To process and receipt your gifts, and to report transparently on how funds are used.

To respond to your enquiries and partnership messages.

To send you updates about a campaign you supported, where you have asked for them.

To meet our legal, accounting and audit obligations as a foundation.

We never sell your personal information.

We never share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

We never publish donor names or amounts publicly without your explicit consent.

Access to donor and contact records is restricted to authorised Foundation staff who need it to receipt gifts, respond to messages, or meet audit requirements.

Service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Donation records are kept for as long as required for financial reporting and audit purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to our legal obligations.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to updates at any time.
