Work and Opportunities

Turn trained builders into registered, investable ventures with compliance support, mentoring and a 12-week venture studio.

About this campaign

Work and Opportunities is how BCO Foundation moves people from training into real livelihoods. It funds three things. Compliance Clinics walk founders through company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, tax and revenue authority obligations, and protecting intellectual property. Monitoring and evaluation gives every team a mentor, monthly check-ins and honest reporting on what is actually working. The 12-week Venture Studio takes the strongest teams and helps them turn a working prototype into a business, with product support, go-to-market help and introductions to partners and investors.

Your gift is secured end to end

Giving here runs on decentralised technology built for humanitarian transfers: every naira is traceable from the moment you give to the moment it reaches a verified recipient.

Programmable disbursement

Gifts are released against a named purpose, so money moves to the community it was raised for and nowhere else.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every gift, release and payout is written to a verifiable record that cannot be edited after the fact.

Traceable to the recipient

Funds travel through verified field coordinators and vendors directly to the people served, with no deductions along the way.

Transfers are encrypted, receipted and reconciled against published campaign reports, so supporters and partners can independently confirm where the money went.
