Humanitarian Aid & Wellbeing

Relief that arrives directly, and care that stays after it.

We deliver food, water and essential supplies straight to families facing hardship, and pair every relief effort with mental health and psychosocial support so recovery covers the whole person.

What we focus on

Direct relief

Food bags, water and hygiene essentials handed to families in person, with nothing lost to middlemen.

Mental health support

Listening circles, peer support groups and referrals to counselling for young people, mothers and families in crisis.

Follow-up visits

We return to the communities we serve to see what changed and what is still needed.

How it works

  1. 1Identify households with community leaders and local volunteers.
  2. 2Deliver relief in person and record what was given.
  3. 3Offer wellbeing sessions alongside every distribution.
  4. 4Report back to supporters with photos and numbers.
